How to update AR invoice interface tables in oracle fusion

We are trying to implement custom functionality of split Revenue in oracle fusion, where we have a custom program which validates and updates the interface tables by splitting the revenue before creating an invoice. can some one please provide a solution if this is possible in oracle fusion
