Why can the worker see the risk of loss in the print view of his skills & qualifications page?

Hi experts,

Why am I as an employee am able to view the risk of loss when selecting the action print in the skills and qualifications page?

Shouldn't the employee be able to view only the person summary and the talent profile card? How can I remove the Talent ratings view?
