export to excel option isn't downloading any excel files for payable invoices distributions

in Payables, Payments & Cash Management 5 comments

when i click on the export to excel icon on the invoice distribution page for exporting the distributions data in excel, no file is getting downloaded externally and it's not due to the file size as single line invoices also not getting exported to excel.

please suggest me a solution or workaround for this.
