Our RAMCO counterpart told us that they only provide DocumentsOfRecord.dat and the BLOB file without sharing the PayrollInterfaceInboundRecord.dat. By doing this, employee will not be able to open the payslip from Me - Pay - Payslip. They told us this is as per advise from Oracle team and they implemented in many organizations.
