Non-Worker eligibility to receive Payments via Oracle Cloud Payroll

A few of our (students / contingent employees) all have their Primary assignment in HCM as 'NON-WORKERS'.

They also have a secondary assignment in HCM as 'EMPLOYEES'.


1. Can such Non-Workers (Person having secondary assignment as EMPLOYEES) be able to receive payment / benefits via Oracle Payroll? OR

2. Will the Payroll payments & benefits be applicable ONLY for person having their primary assignment as EMPLOYEE?

Please clarify.
