Reassign a task in journey

Summary:

Hello, everyone, 

I have a question regarding the configuration of a Journey task: if we have a Journey with three tasks with three different recipients, can the recipient of task 2 reassign task 1 to the recipient? Or can he only reassign task 2?

I have tried to make task 1 the owner, but still cannot reassign it. 

Could you please help me?
