What Collection Job Set ref data attribute should be collected for a back to back transfer flow?

Our client routinely (during the working day) changes items from 'fulfilled' to 'back to back transfer' items, but of course in order for the order process to be activated the Collection Job set needs to run to collect certain objects. Currently we are running a targeted Collection job set 3 times a day however we would like to know if it is possible to run the Collection Job Set for those 'specific' Objects related to the item change from fulfilled to back to back transfer?
