Best Approach for Assigning New Role Learning
We are looking to go live in OLC, and are trying to determine the best approach for assigning New Role/New Hire Learning.

We assign training to colleagues for New Role and New Hire. As an example, we have some locations that still have asbestos, so we would need to assign those colleagues Asbestos training.
Currently in Taleo Learn we would build the group, and then immediately exclude current colleagues that would qualify for that group (That is, they have are already employees and would have already completed the training).
