Internal View Access to Supplier Portal

Is there a way to give privileges to an internal user to allow them to view the data on the supplier portal?

We know how to grant a supplier access to the supplier portal, however this same method would not be an ideal process for internal users. Is there a set of privileges that can be granted to a user in Oracle security that would allow the granted users the ability to access and have view capabilities on the portal for helping with issues a supplier may be having.?
