Escheatment in 2024 Release?

In the "Upcoming" section of the 23D release document it describes "Escheatment of Unclaimed Checks" as a pending feature. Please find this document attached.

Can we get a confirmation that this upcoming functionality will resemble the process laid out in the Escheatment Workaround White Paper? See the following Oracle Doc:

Furthermore, does inclusion of this feature in the 23D Upcoming section mean it will be released by 24D the latest?

We have a client with a Spring 2025 Go-Live date date. Any information on this upcoming Escheatment capability will help us decide if we will need to build a custom automated process similar to what is provided in the White Paper, or if we can wait for a similar feature set to be available out of the box.
