How to set 2 different budgets percentage in the same comp plan?

Summary:

Hi Everyone!

Customer is having employees at 2 different location(different countries namely philippines and US). Their employees salary currency also differs per the country. I have configured worker level budgeting in the plan. But the problem is for US, it id different percentage and for PH it is different percentage. Can we set 2 different budgets in same plan?
