Exporting conversations from chatbot to a text file

Hi all,

I'm looking for ways to export conversations from chatbot to a text file and send it via email.

Are there recommendations or changes that I can make to my application to allow this to happen? Are there any guidelines or recommendations for getting this setup and running?

Any inputs would be much appreciated!
