Autocomplete Succession Plan - Incumbent name not defaulted / populated correctly

Hi Team,

we have an Autocomplete Rule to default the succession plan name = PositionName_IncumbentName.

The rule works, however the incumbent name is always that of a specific employee (in the example here "John Snow"). Regardless of who creates the succession plan, always that specific name is defaulted in the plan name, instead of the incumbents name (here "Mike Doe"):
