Hi,

I have been a Free Tier user for almost 4 years here. Recently I had to factory reset my phone and lost the access to the Oracle Mobile Authenticator app and now I can't find a way to access my account to reset 2FA. I've tried to contact support and got no answer or the answer didn't work (the trick of the URL looks like stopped working) and I'm a bit desperated. Is there any chance I will be able to access my account back? Still can access my instances via SSH, but not access at all though Cloud Panel,
