I need to create a custom employee tax element and need to set the rate and wage limit

Summary:

We have to create a custom employee tax element for CA Voluntary Disability Insurance tax, however when i created the element i dont see any calculator or results element. Where should i write the custom FF to update the rates and wage limits.
