W-2 Box 14 Tax Code FLI missing on W-2 Register

Summary:

Oracle has some a list of predefined state specific entries and tax codes for Box 14. However, FLI is not appearing on our W-2 Register when reviewing box totals. Is anyone aware of any issues or seen this? I have several companies with only NJ as their state and surprised this "automatic" is not appearing.
