Looking for documentation around using the part details functionality in work orders

Summary:

  1. The part details tab under work order seems to be part of Order management which we are not going to implement for NCR. Is it possible to access it programmatically or through REST API inorder to store the lines for a work order?
  2. Can this be used within the Fusion service/SCM/OFS/ERP/Subscription management license?
