Hi all,

Looking for inputs to allow conversation for the current chat session to be exported to a txt file and sent via email to a separate mailbox. Any guidelines on how this can be achieved would be much appreciated. I understand that sending a txt file via mail will have to be coded separately. However, exporting the current chat session's conversation via email to a file - is there any other option other than doing it via Skill Insights?
