See recent requisitions when selecting a requisition doesn't display if browser history is cleared

Summary:

23D feature - See recent requisition when selecting a requisition works only when user logs into regular browser. It will not display the list of recent requisitions if user log into a private window/ incognito mode or clears browser history. User is expected to manually search for recent requisition once cache/ browser history is cleared. This creates confusion among users and also impacts their experience if they end up using a private window or clear browser history in order to fix performance issues on the browser.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

System should display recent requisitions of a logged-in user without expecting user to search for it. This is a great feature to enhance user experience but works partially till browser cache/ history is cleared.
