Recruiting LOVs endlessly loading

Summary:

Some users have reported that the LOVs for requisition creation and offer management sometimes do not work in the Google Chrome browser.

Behaviour is that users will access the transaction and get to a stage with a user or business unit LOV and that the LOV will infinitely load without providing options. These users are having to close their session and create the transaction in MS Edge in order to proceed.

We have also now had some users report this error in MS edge in addition to Google Chrome. Again the behaviour is that the LOV will endlessly load and will not return any values.
