Unable to add the cloned skill in the digital assistant

Summary: I have cloned the standard skill and am attempting to add it to my digital assistant. However, some of the skills are not being added to ODA and are displaying the error shown below, while others have been successfully added.

@Surlina Yin-Oracle Please suggest.
