How to publish Business Event for multiple payments voided in a batch?

Summary:

I am not receiving any response nor Payables Payment Voided Business Event is not getting triggered when a batch of Multiple Payment is voided. Can you please help with the same on how can we do the setup to receive Business event response on when multiple payment in a batch is voided at once from Navigator->Payment->Manage Payment files page.
