Meter based Work Requirement does not trigger WO

Summary:

We have a requirement to trigger Maintenance WO for every 100 units produced.

For this we have created a meter 'No. of units produced' and used it to create work requirement with below details

Daily rate: 25

Base interval: 100

Hence the forecasted WO are 5 days apart.

But the meter reading has been updated to 109. Shouldnt this trigger a WO for the asset when we run 'Generate Forecast' and 'Create Workorders' task?
