Read metrics in another compartment

Summary:

Read MySql service metrics from a different compartment.

Content:

We have OCI MySql service in one compartment. We need to read metrics from this MySql service in another compartment where we have APM domains.

I am looking for a high-level design(POC) to do this.

I am new to OCI.

Any help will be appreciated.
