Restrict the Non Finance and non admin users to view other journals

Is there is a way to restrict the Non Finance and Finance non admin users to view only the journals raised by them

When the GL users search journals in Fusion by some criteria (like by journal name or batch name), they can see the journals which raised by other users instead of by themselves? If so, due to some journals or attachments may contain confidential information, we'd like to see if Fusion team can limit journal users access only allow them to see their own journals in Fusion? But this limitation should not apply to some special user, i.e. our FIN GL control team, who manage and review the journals in Fusion as 'General Accountant Manager'.”
