Summary:

There are bank accounts in IBY_EXT_BANK_ACCOUNTS_V and IBY_EXTERNAL_PAYEES_ALL that do not exist in IBY_PMT_INSTR_USES_ALL table. Theredore, the application flags it as already existing but it is not shown in the application.

Canot create /assign bank accounts to Suppliers.
