To understand the DR solution for EPM services

Hi Oracle Team, currently we are trying to understand the DR solution that is currently available for Intact as a customer. We almost have all modules under EPM implemented at intact (EDMCS, PCMCS, EPBCS, ARCS, Freeform, FCCS) as SaaS and hence would like to understand the DR solution that Oracle offers for this platform.

Is there a dedicated environment available for Intact, so that in case of a real disaster, the back ups can be restored there?

If so, can you please share the tenancy details?

Also, is this an Oracle responsibility to restore if disaster has been declared officially?
