Person Profile Sections fields

Hello everyone,

the client I follow would like to modify the fields within previously pre-configured profile sections in use to date, because he needs to optimize the platform for new needs. Does anyone know how it is possible to maintain the visibility of the data entered and saved in the sections if you turn off the fields that contain them?
