Element latest entry date is set as last standard processing date

Summary:

Element latest entry date is set as last standard processing date. But when employee is terminated, we need the element to be end dated as per termination date.

It was working before in our system with same set up as above. But now element is end dated with period end date.

Is there any other method/set up that can end date element based on termination date when Latest Entry date = Last Standard Processing Date.
