Order Header EFF LOV based on customer selected in the sales order form

Summary:

we have created an EFF with Lov values from a Lookup, in the lookup meaning we are storing the customer name and we wanted to display the Lookup values by comparing the customer name from sales order form with the meaning and display only records related to that customer.Please let me know if someone has implemented functionality of displaying EFF LOV based on value selected in the sales order form.
