How to set all UDSElement for a particular UserDefinedSelections to inactive using TCC Import?

For example:

The large selection (UserDefinedSelection) has "Code" of ABC.

It has three UDSElement children which are currently active.

How can I set all three element's "Active" to false with ONLY the parent's code ABC using an import?

(The UDSElement Code should not be included since we want to update all associated UDSelement of a UserDefinedSelection, which could be upward to thousands of elements)
