How to use two business object in autocomplete rule ?

To update/auto populate the Contract End Date on the basis of User Person Type selected on Employee Assignment.

Approach :

Business object to be used for autocomplete rule is 'Worker Employment Contract' but not able to access attribute/field for 'User Person Type'.
