How to let manager see Performance Documents on Talent Profile?

The manager can't see Performance Documents on the tab Performance in the Talent Profile of an employee

We would like to know how can we able the manager to see Performance Documents on the employee's Talent Profile.

Actually our manager is able to see performance document but he can't see in the talent profile, on the Performance tab. How can we change this setting?
