Removing Candidates from Manage Job Offers

Is there a best practice for removing people from Manage Job Offers that were processed another method and no longer needed? I am trying to clear up our Manage Job Offers to only have those needed and Oracle has no process or data fix. I know there is an option to Reject the Candidate, but would not want to do this and have to explain to the candidate and manager to ignore.
