Print Action Button Failing for Custom Recruiter Role

Hello.
The print button action is failing for our custom recruiter role. The recruiter is going into requisitions selecting multiple candidates, and then using the print action and submitting it. After a minute or so, they get a bell notification showing that the print action failed.
I have checked the configuration, the max number of prints is set to 100 and the max memory is 10mb. The functionality works on my account, if I download those same 6 prints, the action will succeed. My account has many more roles and privs than the recruiter account. I can confirm that the recruiter account has the IRC_PERFORM_CANDIDATE_DUPLICATE_CHECK_AND_MERGE_PRIV_OBI role
