Connecting Eloqua to Google Looker or Power BI

Greetings community!

We have a client who wants to see Eloqua reports in a tool that allows comparison with data from other platforms: Compare Eloqua data with that of Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads.

I've been looking for good connector options for Eloqua but I don't know if there are any from Google or a tool that allows you to develop it yourself. Or if there are authorized Oracle partners that are a more secure option for this type of connection.

Is there a way to extract the information from an Eloqua report already made? The only way to extract the information from Eloqua would be through the REST API? What are the most reliable connector suppliers?
