Work Request Categories not showing up in Create Request UI

Summary:

We have created certain categories for work requests created in Help Desk.

The Categories have been created in Manage Categories for Internal Help Desk Requests task.


Yet the the Category field in Work Request UI is empty.

Is there any configuration missing?
