4th Quarter 2023 Payroll Legislative Update - not seeing the Social Security Wage limit increased
Summary:
Hello Payroll friends - we recently applied the December legislative patch to our Production environment that was to include the increase to the Social Security wage limit for 2024 to $168,600. When I double checked the total, I'm not seeing a change in the amount from 2023.
When I check the other limit changes such as the Compensation Limits for 401k I see the change.
Has anyone else seen this?
