Unable to interface credit memo created from amended lines due to items not being on credit memo

We have subscription with product lines - when crediting the line somehow does not contain the item therefore the credit memo does not interface to AR - as it gets an error on import auto invoice.

Can you help suggest what might be off that's causing items not to go on credited line from amendment - full credit.
