Summary:

As a service admin, I am able to schedule a bursting definition.

A power user is not able to schedule a bursting definition. The user is not getting "Scheduling Jobs" option in the jobs page in EPBCS.

Is there a way that power user can schedule a bursting definition in EPBCS?
