Target outcomes approval

Summary:

Hi Team,

Can we add an approval on target outcomes, meaning when the goal is marked as completed then when the profile item (Degree/skills/Licences) is added then that profile item needs to go for approval.

We have the "Approval Required" at the profile level

Approvals are defined in transaction console.

But when the goal is completed - the profile is added automatically without any approval.

Is there a way to enable it?
