Can't access 2FA

Greetings, I have been trying to solve this problem for a while but the only solution left is for an administrator to manage my situation. Recently I got my phone stolen, which was my way of verification (2FA via token app) and now I can not change that way unless I access my account but, obviously, it sends a code to my old phone each time.

I have gotten in touch with some live agents and read some forums solutions, but neither does de URL change work, neither do I have a bypass code generated previously and neither do I have a private key for cloud shell nor anything like that.
