Divestment of an entity : Legal Separation

Hi,

  • Our client has 3 BUs setup under the same ledger (BU1, BU2, BU3)
  • One of the entities under BU1 is going to be sold as part of a divestment strategy (Highlighted below in the below diagram)
  • The modules implemented for this client are Financials (GL,AP,AR,FA,CM,Expenses) and Procurement modules.
  • Therefore as part of this divesment the client would like to enable strict controls between these sold entities so that the sold entity data is not visible to the owned entities and vise versa.
  • In addition to that we need to look impact to the existing transactions such as intercompany, open purchase orders, invoices etc.
