Skip Participant if task creator is an approver

I want to skip a participant on the condition if the task creator is the task approver.

I have configured Journal Approval in BPM Workflow where i have the following scenario:

Participant 1 ----> Participant 2

There is an approval group linked in Participant 1.

I want to skip participant 1 if the task creator is already an approver in the participant 1 (i.e approver is in the linked approval group).

I am using "SPECIFY SKIP RULE" where i have inserted the following rule: contains(/task:task/task:systemAttributes/task:approvers,/task:task/task:creator)
