Is there a CSP delayed move option like notifications sent is?

Summary:

We delay the rejected by employer notification by 24 hours, however the candidate profile status instantly shows Application Unsuccessful on the careers site, which defeats the purpose of notification delay.

We know there is a way to delay the notification but do you know if we can delay a move to rejected by employer for x amount of hours so that they still look like they are under consideration?

Or is there a feature to keep them at the previous status before rejected until the notification is triggered to rejected by employer?
