Can ORC push job requisitions to external job boards

Wondering if ORC has the ability to push job requisitions to external job boards (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, Snagajob)

Staples is going live with Oracle ORC in January 2024. When we started our implementation, we were told that we would need to set up an external service to scrape job requisitions and push to external boards. We will be using Broadbean.
Working through our final push to go-live, we were told by an external vendor that ORC can do this for us and we would not need Broadbean.
I can't find any documentation or reference to this capability for ORC.
