Hierarchy Report - Top to bottom
Hi,
Is there any way of reporting on the hierarchy from the top to the bottom?
In OTBI there is this 'Parent Manager' field that is ordered bottom up. Is there any way of reporting from the highest level manager to the direct manager?
For example, Parent Manager 1 would be the CEO, Parent Manager 2 would be CHRO, Parent Manager 3 would be VP HR, etc., instead of the current Parent Manager 1 being HR Manager, Parent Manager 2 being HR Director, Parent Manager 3 being VP HR, etc.
On the other side, is there any way in BIP to get directly the Top Manager -1? In the example above would be the CHRO.
