Help Desk Bulk Load KB Content
We are in the final stages of implementation phase one of Oracle Fusion HCM. For our Help desk module we are wanting to create a library of Knowledge. To do so, we have to upload knowledge articles, I believe Oracle calls these questions and answers.
There is not much in terms of help on the Oracle support pages or from my implementer. I have found an article that allows for content creation using JSON put request. However I am not finding information about the end point, how request ID's are generated.
Overall, I am not finding the resources to accomplish the bulk load of Content.
