Cloud service account unavailable

I got two e-mails a day ago, informing me that my account email and password had been updated. But I didn't change my account information.When I tried to log in to my account, I couldn't log in either. My cloud instances are also inaccessible for use.

I don't know if someone stole my account or if the platform stopped using my account. I want to be able to continue using my account. If not, at least I need to back up the resource files in the cloud instance and unbind my credit card information.

My Cloud Service account is [email protected],and the tenant name is hzwangjava.
