Based on the level of the initiator in the organization, the system picks up the supervisor and checks if he/she is the top worker and if not, increases the level count and traverses up his/her organization hierarchy chain, and finally when the top worker is reached, it can identify at how many number of levels above the initiator, the top worker is present.
